We require a non-refunable security deposit. This is required to secure your stay in the house nd covers any costs we may incurr due to cancellations. The deposit costs are as follows:
Bookings over £700 requires a 25% deposit
Bookings between £400-£700 require a 20% deposit
Bookings less than £400 require a 15% deposit.

Guests will recieve a confirmation of their booking as soon as we recieve their deposit.

Please note: All costs must be recieved at least 10 working days before arrival.
